How to use (2 ways)

1. With body wash/soap (boost your cleanse):
   Add ½–1 tsp to body wash/soap in your palm or on a washcloth. Massage gently for 30–60 seconds, then rinse.
2. Without cleanser (quick polish paste):
   Mix 1–2 tsp with a little water to form a paste. Massage gently for 30–60 seconds, then rinse.

How often
Use 3–6x/week for body, depending on your skin's sensitivity. Focus on elbows, knees, legs, and other rough areas.
