    c) Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud.

    b) Individual Results: Results may vary. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Follow all directions and warnings on labels.

    b) Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
    c) Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct; reshipment or replacement due to address errors may incur additional fees.

  8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
    a) Merchandise is non-returnable due to safety issues unless defective or otherwise required by law.

    c) Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless we made an error.

  9. Promotions, Coupons, and Gift Cards
    a) Promotions: Subject to the stated terms and validity dates. Non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined unless expressly allowed.
    b) Errors: We may cancel orders arising from promotional or pricing errors.

    You agree not to:

    b) Interfere with security features or disrupt the Services;
    c) Engage in data mining, scraping, or automated collection without consent;
    d) Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
    e) Upload malicious code or compromise the Services.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qimli Life and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Qimli Life for the product(s) at issue in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  19. Indemnification
    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qimli Life and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

  20. DMCA/Copyright Complaints
    If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [support@qimlilife.com] with:
    a) Your contact info;
    b) Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material;
    c) A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized;
    d) A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act;
    e) Your physical or electronic signature.

  21. Governing Law; Venue; Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, for any claims not subject to arbitration.
    Optional arbitration clause (customize or remove): Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration will be Chicago, Illinois. Each party bears its own fees; the arbitrator may award fees as allowed by law. You and Qimli Life waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  22. Severability; Waiver
    If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

  23. Assignment
    You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

  24. Entire Agreement
    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or terms presented at purchase, form the entire agreement between you and Qimli Life regarding the Services and products.
