Shipping policy

  • Shipping included: Standard shipping costs are already included in the product price—no extra charge at checkout.
  • Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery estimates:
  • USA: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)
  • Carriers & tracking: We use major carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS). A shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed when your order ships.
  • Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • International duties/taxes: Import duties, taxes, or fees (if any) are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery issues: If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t moved on tracking for 7+ days (USA) or 14+ days (international), contact us within 30 days of the ship date.
  • Limits: We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO when supported by the carrier. Some destinations may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions.
